Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. No refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to weather (see section 14), maintenance issues, cleaning issues, noise issues, etc. In addition, no refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, stay at home/quarantine orders (voluntary or mandatory). We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this incredible beach house! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home was thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun—and it delivered on all fronts. The house itself is stunning and spotless. Every room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable—everyone in our group commented on how well they slept. The living space was just as cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating for our group to gather, chat, or just kick back and relax after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach—it's just steps away! The location couldn't be more perfect. Whether we were going for a quick walk on the sand, grabbing a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant, or heading out for ice cream, everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The amenities in this home were a huge highlight for our group. We spent hours around the ping pong table and loved having a selection of games to play in the evenings. The pool was a dream—perfectly clean and the ideal hangout spot for both sunny afternoons and relaxing night swims. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need and then some. From cookware to appliances, everything was thoughtfully provided, which made cooking meals together fun and stress-free. One feature we didn't know we'd appreciate as much as we did was the elevator. It made unloading luggage and groceries such a breeze, and was especially helpful for a few members of our group who have mobility challenges. Such a thoughtful touch! And we have to give a special shoutout to Andi, our representative for the home. She was absolutely fantastic—so thorough in her communication before and during our stay. She provided detailed information, answered every question quickly, and made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and warm, friendly demeanor made such a difference and added to the peace of mind we felt throughout the trip. This home is truly a gem, and we feel so lucky to have spent time here with our friends. It created the perfect backdrop for a memorable and joy-filled getaway. We would absolutely stay here again—and honestly, we're already talking about when we can come back!
