The home was perfect for a family Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a good supply of bath towels.The house was clean, the elevator an added extra and the family had a good time playing billiards. The view is wonderful and it was nice walking the beach. I would highly recommend this rental.

In the downstairs master there are two sinks but only two towel racks,one for one bath towel and only one for a hand towel.In my opinion there should be two of each.

We loved our stay at the beach front property! There were 10 of us for the first week of October. You could not beat the location! However, there are some important things to consider, and some we did not know until we were actually staying at the house. 1. The pool heat was WELL WORTH the money spent! Get it! 2. Beach chairs are not supplied. This would be a great idea to offer as a perk since the house holds so many people who will use the beach. 3. There are two drawers filled with knives, plus a knife block, but none of them are sharp. Bring your own if you are a cook. 4. There are NO supplies for cooking like salt and pepper, spices, oils, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, etc. We had to purchase all of those and were not permitted to leave any behind for the next guests. If you are guest who flew to the destination, you won't want to cart all of those home in your luggage, so you just end up throwing them away. It would be very helpful to have a small stash of these items. Eliminate one knife drawer for these complimentary items. 5. The thermostat is not allowed to go below 70 degrees. There are fans in most bedrooms (but not living/great room), but not all were working (I did not know this until after we left or I would have contacted the management company, which is very responsive). However, the fans were not adequate to cool the rooms to the sleeping temperature that we are accustomed which is 68-69 degrees. 5. You cannot open any windows. Maybe this was an oversight, but all handles are removed from the twist open windows. We would have loved to be able to open a window or two to get the cool night air in our rooms. Seems pretty important in case of fire that windows be able to open for escape. I would be surprised if this absence of window handles met fire code.

We were concerned about noise & privacy due to the proximity of homes on either side but neither were factors in the least. Private beach access is a must...other houses in the area without this have quite a haul to reach the ocean. Amazing home, amazing beach, amazing family vacation!

Some one was there fixing a door and told we could not go in until it had been inspected and they would call my husbands cell to let us know when that was done. Check in was at 4 p.m. At 4:30 received a call welcoming us but had not received the inspectors call so we had not gone in yet. Very annoying. First night garden bath tub above the kitchen started to leak and water was coming thru the kitchen ceiling, water pouring thru the can lights and dripping from other parts of the ceiling. Called maintenance and they said they would send someone on Monday. Repair man was very rude. Other than that we loved the condo and the location on the beach-not very busy at all. Hilton Head is a beautiful area and we all agreed that rather than go to Garden City as we have in the past we will probably always go to Hilton Head because of the shade of the beautiful oak trees and the wonderful bike paths along the roads.

Nice to have an elevator, but it was somewhat difficult to operate. TV in every room but no batteries (AAA) in any but the main remote in the great room. House and kitchen well equipped, but bring all needed staples like coffee filters, soap, etc. Only room for four vehicles, and no provision for more. (There is no yard to park in.) Spectacular view. Patio out back and the small pool was very nice. All of the guests were quite pleased. Would definitely stay there again.

Vacation Rental staff was good to work with and very helpful when we had an elevator issue. Location on the island was great, too. Only complaint would be $500 charge to heat the pool. Without heat it was too cool for the kids, but with heat it was like bath water; difficult to regulate. Rented bikes, lots of fun on both beach & bike paths. Be sure to check under beds when you leave as we found a few items left from previous vacationers. Our family definitely plans to return as soon as we can!!

These pools are heated by propane and we don't have propane here on Hilton Head so it has to be delivered to us therefore it is pretty expensive to heat them. The fee that we charge is actually very affordable to most places here on the island. We had already rented a house on Jekyll Island for our family vacation, but were suspicious that it missed the mark. In April we went to see it in person and our suspicious were confirmed.

Through what can only be described as divine providence, we found the house at 6 Collier Beach Road. It was perfect: enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all 21 of us -- three generations, including 13 grandkids. A modest pool for the kids, four holes of put-put golf in the basement in case of rain, parking for four vehicles, a pool table, and enough seating for everyone to eat together at one time. The kitchen accommodated our family gourmets, the living room provided space for our board game players, and the three floors provided enough privacy for our introverts.

The best thing, however, was the location; right on one of the best beaches in the world. Just off the back deck are dunes, an expansive network of tide pools, an estuary to explore, interesting neighbors to get to know, and beautiful sunrises.

Expensive? Yes it was. But worth it? Absolutely.

The Singleton Beach area is so central to everything HH Island has to offer. The house was clean, spacious for our group of 8. Ocean views from all levels amazing. The putt putt course on the lower level was entertaining for our two kids, ages 6 and 5. We heated the pool for our week, otherwise it would have been disappointing not to mention too chilly to enjoy. (Air temps in the mid 70’s) Water pressure for showers was terrific. A very nice house to rent. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head very easy to work with.

Ten women who have been friends since high school got together for our 60th birthday! The house was amazing and the location to the beach was phenomenal. All of the rooms had their own bathroom with either king size beds or 2 beds in each room. Their were 2 queen rooms as well. The elevator was good for loading and unloading cars. My only suggestion for this property would be that beds need anupgraded mattress pad..

Everything about the house was superb. However the free bike rental turned into a disaster. The free part was fine. But one of the tires went flat. The bike people were called. They picked up the wrong bike and brought back a different bike. They said my daughter lost the one they picked up and charged her 250. This is
unexceptable for a property this expensive. I’d request a 250 refund.

This house has been by far the best we’ve ever rented. Having a beachfront home has been critical for our group as we have many young children in our family. A short walk to a long and beautiful beach is extremely valuable to us. The open space downstairs is beautiful and feels like a home away from home with a large television, built-in bookshelves, new kitchen cabinets, etc. The rooms, closets and bathrooms was well-designed, making the home extremely functional for multiple families. There are laundry machines on two floors, which was extremely helpful with a large group. There was also private bathrooms in all bedrooms, in addition to a common bathroom in the kitchen/lounge space for all to use. The pool was a good size in comparison to similar homes. We will definitely be back to stay at this home. It was a great experience!

My large family gets together for a beach trip in Hilton Head every summer for the past 6 years and this house was everyone's favorite to date. The renovation is beautiful and the layout of the house is very convenient. The kitchen layout in particular was praised repeatedly on our vacation. Our family does a lot of cooking and there was enough counter space for multiple chefs. We were also impressed at how well the AC works for such a big house. The management team was responsive and quick to help. The pool was great and of course the beach access was very easy. If we didn't grow out of this house we'd use it every year from here on.

We loved our time in this beautiful home! Gorgeous beach views and so nicely decorated. Lovely newly renovated kitchen. We tend to go out to eat when on vacation, however this house has everything you would need to cook and entertain family and friends. Love the new appliances! The beach is amazing. Perfect for running, biking, games with the kids. So much to do just by stepping outside the back door, we were all entertained for hours on end! Private pool is such a nice thing to have at a vacation rental. Kids loved it! The home itself has spacious bedrooms and a great area on the third floor with a pool table, which was perfect for our kids when they wanted their own space. We loved the large TV in the living room. And the putting green in the basement was another big hit. We love the laid back vibe of Hilton Head and look forward to renting this beautiful house again!

Amazing ocean views - sunrise to sunset! 6 Collier Beach is a great location. Last year we rented there and this year we were impressed with all the upgrades and improvements; great modern kitchen with new cabinets, marble counters, huge new stainless refrigerator, new minifridge, gas cooktop, refinished wood floors, house totally painted, comfortable living area with large flat screen TV w SONOS. Bedrooms, each with TV, and baths are spacious. The putting area in basement, pool table on top floor in second living area, in addition to private pool on deck, provide areas for fun activities. Great gathering place for families and groups of friends. The renovation looks amazing - we will be back for sure!

Beautiful home right on the beach! Location is perfect! So much room in this lovely house. Plenty of space for hanging out together or apart when we needed a break from the family. My wife and I travel extensively with our family both in the US and abroad, and I have to say that this home is THE MOST amazing place we have rented so far. From top to bottom, the house is beautiful. I still have pictures on my phone of the view from the top floor, reminding me of what my NEXT vacation will look like. The house is incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated by the home owners. To top it off, the location was perfect for us, as it is located on a private beach with crystal clear water and extremely close to walking/biking paths. The owners were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions prior to arrival. We found everything we needed inside the house from well adorned bedrooms (all with a ton of space) and an upper level entertainment room complete with a pool table, couches, and fireplace. There's not much else the owners could have done to make us feel more welcomed in this stunning house...we can not wait for our next vacation at Singleton Beach!

Our family had a great vacation at this house! Right from the trip onset the location exceeded our expectations. The property itself was extremely clean with everything in full working order. The pictures do not do it justice! While we didn't require any assistance via the owners during the vacation they were clearly committed to ensuring we were satisfied. The rental reservation process itself was easy and without incident. From a location standpoint this house is quick drive to many shops/restaurants. The beach (10 second walk from back deck) is amazing and pretty much where we spent the majority of the trip. The house itself was outstanding! A great spot for multiple families to come together and share a memorable vacation. Based on our experience looking forward to reserving another family week there this summer.

Wow!!! We had never been to Hilton Head and fell in love with the place. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had everything that we had hoped for, including: 1.) Unbelievable Location - the house sits right on the beach, so you only need to walk about 150 yards before you're in the ocean water. While this was my favorite feature, our kids loved the fact that the ocean-facing deck had a pool as they ran back and forth between the ocean and pool about 10-12 times a day. 2.) Spacious & Clean House - The house was plenty big for our clan and having bedrooms on each floor (not to mention bathrooms in every room) made getting ready to go from the beach to night-time dinner activities very easy and manageable. 3.) House features - The kitchen was spacious and made it easy to cook meals as we spread out among the island counter, dining room table, and patio for meals. We didn't eat-in too much, but it was great when we used it. Some of the appliances were a little dated, but we loved the fact that the owners had posted a framed welcome letter that stated they are in the process of renovating the kitchen, redoing the hardwood floors, and painting the whole house. We're excited to get back to see these improvements! If you asked our kids about their favorite house features, it would be a three way tie for mini-golf (yes, the house has a 4-hole mini-golf course in the basement that our kids played throughout the week...4 trips around and a replaying of the 1st two holes to make 18), billiards (the house has a pool table...who knew that our kids loved to shoot pool?!?!), and twin beds in the third floor play room that were set-up at a big window and gave the impression that they were sleeping right over the ocean with its magnificent views. As you can tell, we absolutely loved our vacation and will definitely be going back to Hilton Head. House is located beachfront next to an inlet, so it is not crowded. We had a family of 16 and this house accommodated sleeping arrangements for all. Air conditioning malfunctioned on the 1st day and management had it fixed the next day, they were very courtious and professional. Kitchen is a bit worse for wear, but I understand it will be renovated soon. House was great and spacious. Only downside was that dining table seats 9 and outdoor table only had 6 chairs. Otherwise, everything was great. I would highly recommend this house!

With 12 guys traveling to Hilton Head, this house was everything we were looking for! The house was clean and had plenty of room and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Had to call maintenance once and they were there within the hour to fix a minor problem. Wish its location could have been closer to downtown area but wasn't to far away to be a problem. With its easy access to the beach and the main strip, I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

The house was great. The only issues we had were we could not turn the thermostats lower than about 70 so it was hot at times and the ice maker in the refrig was frozen so we had no ice. But management brought us a bag of ice.

Great time at 6 Collier! Our extended family vacation has been a huge hit, and the home is large and comfortable. Having two sets of washers and dryers has been a great asset. A bit of a bummer that the jacuzzi tub is not working, but those things happen. All in all, a wonderful time had by our whole crew!

We had a pretty perfect family vacation. The house was awesome and accomadated 8 adults & 5 small kids wonderfully. The pool & beach were the highlight and the week of perfect weather topped it off! Vacation Rental staff was good to work with and very helpful when we had an elevator issue. Location on the island was great, too. Only complaint would be $500 charge to heat the pool. Without heat it was too cool for the kids, but with heat it was like bath water; difficult to regulate. Rented bikes, lots of fun on both beach & bike paths. Be sure to check under beds when you leave as we found a few items left from previous vacationers. Our family definitely plans to return as soon as we can!!

Very pleased. Perfect spot on the beach. Very nice house but some wear and tear evident. Nice to have an elevator, but it was somewhat difficult to operate. TV in every room but no batteries (AAA) in any but the main remote in the great room. House and kitchen well equipped, but bring all needed staples like coffee filters, soap, etc. Only room for four vehicles, and no provision for more. (There is no yard to park in.) Spectacular view. Patio out back and the small pool was very nice. All of the guests were quite pleased. Would definitely stay there again.

Told we could have early check in because hot tub had been removed. Some one was there fixing a door and told we could not go in until it had been inspected and they would call my husbands cell to let us know when that was done. Check in was at 4 p.m. At 4:30 received a call welcoming us but had not received the inspectors call so we had not gone in yet. Very annoying. First night garden bath tub above the kitchen started to leak and water was coming thru the kitchen ceiling, water pouring thru the can lights and dripping from other parts of the ceiling. Called maintenance and they said they would send someone on Monday. Repair man was very rude. Other than that we loved the condo and the location on the beach-not very busy at all. Hilton Head is a beautiful area and we all agreed that rather than go to Garden City as we have in the past we will probably always go to Hilton Head because of the shade of the beautiful oak trees and the wonderful bike paths along the roads.

This rental was perfect for our large group. Plenty of places to escape if you needed a little break from the chaos. The house was in a wonderful location, beautiful beach (not as chaotic and busy as the hotel areas), close to stores and restaurants. We had a few issues while staying at this location (garage door didn't work, front door needed new lock/code) but the staff at Vacation Homes of HH were polite and quick to respond so it made for a better experience. I highly recommend this house and rental company for any family vacations in HH. The Ap for my phone with details for check in/check out is genius. So easy to use and so convenient!

We rented this unit with a total of 4 families: 8 adults with 6 children. Another member of our family stayed in a nearby condo & 6 of her children stayed in the loft, there was plenty of room for everyone! The views are 2d to none on the island. We were concerned about noise & privacy due to the proximity of homes on either side but neither were factors in the least. Private beach access is a must...other houses in the area without this have quite a haul to reach the ocean. Amazing home, amazing beach, amazing family vacation!

The house was perfect size. Lots of ammenities. Could have used a bigger refidgerator and a more thourough cleaning of the house. The dryers ( upstairs and down ) take 2-3 hours to dry clothes with a normal wash load and could use replacing Otherwuse we enjoyed our vacation enormously :)

The hot tub and pool are great to have with large party and young kids. The beach a short stroll across the boardwalk. The house is in good condition, very minimal decor inside. The kitchen could use some updating, the fridge in particular. If you're looking to do a lot of cooking, you won't find any good utensils/pots/pans etc. Lighting over dining room didn't work. The wooden dining room table is difficult to clean as it has no finish or glass cover to protect it. No shades/shutters for privacy in dining area. The rooms are all spacious, each with private bathrooms. Washer/dryer on main, and a stackable unit on the second floor was great to keep up with all the sandy laundry.

The boardwalk was difficult for older members of our party because of the steep slope. It really needs some repair work, and steps with rails added. The boardwalk was difficult for older members of our party because of the steep slope. It really needs some repair work, and steps with rails added. If this was improved I think it would be a real asset to the property. Perfect otherwise, thanks to HH Rent Direct!

The house is nicely furnished (the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils) and the beds are very comfortable. The location is wonderful with wide beaches and spectacular views.
We had a few minor problems which were handled promptly by the property manager.
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accomodations-We certainly would book this house again.

The layout of the house was perfect for a family reunion. Everyone gets their own bathroom. Plenty of play space for kids. Large room for the kids to sleep together in. Big dining table to eat together. We had a wonderful time.
