This home was perfect for 5 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 year old. The pool was beautiful and warmed by the sun. Close to the beach and a playground. Great amount of space. The downstairs has a bedroom, full kitchen, laundry & foosball. Quiet street. House was immaculate and very comfortable. Just booked again for 2025

The house and location are amazing! Love the 2 floors with double kitchens. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is short 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. We had a glorious 36 hours here before having to leave due to the storm. The commmunication with the property manger was excellent! We were given frequent updated about the forecast, island conditions, and expectations. We hope that we can come back next year and stay longer.

Very nice property. A short direct (about 200 yards) to the beach. Big yard and very quiet. We spent a lot of time at the pool and under the porch next to the pool. We had two minor maintenance issues and the Property Manager responded promptly. Good location. Only about 2 miles to grocery stores and, more importantly, a good ice cream shoppe!

This was our first time renting this vacation house. The house was nice and plenty of space for our family. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it all week! The yard was huge and our kids loved being able to play in it. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The hang out area under the porch was perfect for the hot afternoons for the family members that wanted a break from the heat and enjoyed watching the outdoor tv. We enjoyed the front porch as well for our morning coffee. We hope to rent this house again on our next trip. There was construction going on at one of the houses on the other side of the road. They start working on it early so that was not ideal for sleeping in on our vacation because it was loud, but we didn't let it ruin our trip. If you are going to be staying here within the next few weeks I would assume they will still be working on it. I would take a sound machine or something to help cover up the noise. We still enjoyed our week down there!

The house was very clean and nice. The pool is huge, one of the biggest we have had in a summer rental. I think the hot tub should have been included in the overall price instead of adding it with additional fees. Maintenance had to come in to fix things which was a little inconvenient. They also said maintenance was coming a second time, but they never showed up. Like others have said they should increase seating in the main areas, 12 people cannot sit together in the room unless people sit on the floor. Walk to the beach was short. Beach was crowded but nice. Overall a nice house.

This was a great property. The house was wonderful. We had 9 people in our party (Ages 16 and up) and had plenty of room. We primarily cooked dinners at home throughout the week and the house had everything we needed to do that. You do need to bring paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. The rooms were solid and bathroom space was not an issue. We did do laundry and you will need to bring laundry detergent. It was nice to be able to get some clothes clean during the week. There was a lot of space in the back of the house as the backyard was huge. Having kitchens on both floors was helpful as we primarily had drinks and snacks on the bottom. It made it easy to get stuff while in the pool. The real gem of the property was the pool. It was so amazing to walk out the back door and go right into a large in-ground pool!! We used the fire pit and the hot tub as well. All great! The property is so close to the beach with easy access. It also is an easy walk to Sea Salts Bar and Cafe which is just off the beach and was a lot of fun with good drinks and live music. There are grocery stores and a Walmart within 2-3 miles of the property if you needed anything. It was a great 4th of July vacation and would go back to this property again without hesitation.

The location was good, the pool and hot tub were awesome. Outside seating was great for our group of 11. The beds were terrible. Our mattress was so soft my husband thought we had a water bed. My back is still recovering. And honestly there was not enough indoor seating for our group of 11, but the only time it was a problem was in the evening when everyone wanted to sit down to relax and take in a movie. We really did enjoy the property and especially the pool. We also like the fact that there were only 2 floors to the house.

The house is in a great location with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The yard and pool are big! We had a group of 8 and the bedrooms were fine...the bunk beds are tight for older kids/teenagers but would be ideal for younger children. The upstairs family room does not have enough seating for the amount of beds the house has. The biggest issue we had was that we were unable to turn the pool lights on and they didn’t figure out the issue for the first 4 nights we were there which was disappointing.

There aren’t plentiful bike trails like there are in Sea Pines but the pool and proximity to the beach are outstanding! (Note that the pool is in the direct sun so during summer months it is very warm!)

Hello, Jennifer! Thank you for the review. We are very sorry about the issue with the pool lights-we had the pool technician out to look at the issue during your stay and it appeared one of the guests had pushed too many buttons on the control panels which caused an error code and locked up the system. We will pass on your comments to the owner and property manager. There are many bike trails thru Chaplin Community Park and 278 which will take you all the way down to the South End. The North End, where this home is located is much less crowded than the South End and Sea Pines area. It is perfect for folks who want less crowded beaches. All the shops and dining are within a 5 minute drive. Guests can be as busy or as laid back as they want to be during their stay.

Vacation rental was in a great location short walk to the beach great outdoor space and very clean inside. My only complaint is that this house sleeps 14 people but doesn't have nearly enough couch/chair seating for that many people. This house would be almost perfect if it had better seating area.

This house couldn't have been more perfect for the three families that stayed here. Good bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, open kitchen with plenty of space, and relaxing deck spaces for hanging out. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids AND adults! It felt very luxurious. The weather was very hot while we were there and the pool temp could have been a bit cooler, but it wasn't a huge deal. Very fun! The location was also great. Very quiet and peaceful with easy access to one of the best beaches I've ever visited. Lots of neat bike paths and amenities within a short walk. I would definitely bring my family back here someday!

What a perfect place for our 4 sons and their families to meet and make wonderful memories!! We could not have found a better place that fit us all so comfortably. The park next to us was convenient for the grandchildren, and we loved being situated on a dead end street with plenty of parking for our 5 large vehicles in the extra wide driveway. (There is no street parking.) Every modern convenience was available, but the 2nd FULL size refrigerator was a surprising plus. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, back deck, and around the pool deck. There were plenty of lawn chairs around the pool (both in the shade and full sun), and we enjoyed the fire pit, too. It would have been nice to have a screened-in area and outdoor shower. However, there was a great hose to rinse off - on the side of the house. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, and the large pool was both fun and refreshing after a day at the beach. The available beach carts, chairs, and umbrellas were extremely useful and easy to transport. The laundry room and beach towels were very much appreciated. The price and convenience of the bike rental through Hilton Head Properties could not have been any easier. (We were short one child's bike, and they brought one out first thing in the morning). Even the trash pick-up workers were delightful. We were surprised that they picked up on Wednesday, (a national holiday), and again right before our Saturday morning check-out. This home is a hidden gem!

We have been vacationing on HHI, for over 30 years. We found this house on Bradley Circle through a great friend! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE GEM! Quiet, dead end road for the kids to bike! Close to the beach for convenience, we enjoyed fabulous sunrise walks, nighttime ghost crab flashlight tag, and a few days to soak in the sun and waves! The house has the biggest pool we have encountered on the island, along with an amazing yard for our family whiffle ball games. They offered a fire pit and loads of areas to lounge in the shade ( under the deck) or places to soak in some Vitamin D, out on a huge back deck over looking the pool and magnificent backyard or sitting in the hot tub! ( a bonus after the whiffle ball games). Inside every one had a space, staying with kids, and in-laws that was a bonus! The kids had their own TV/kitchen area downstairs to play games, eat pizza and play foosball AND the adults had the upstairs to cook out and enjoy some time watching the game, and some drinks. There were FOUR bedrooms, one of which is downstairs with its own bath ( worked out tremendously for the in-laws) and the rest are on the top floor, nice to be close to the kids at night. Three full bathrooms, and a much loved outdoor area to hose off after the many trips to the beach. Beautiful decor, all the comforts of home, two full kitchens, ( we only went to the grocery store once and loaded up the 2 refrigerators!) close to all the amenities ( zip lining and a fishing trip were within 5 minutes of the house. We have always stayed on the busier end of the island, but absolutely loved this quiet oasis. The owners of 31 Bradley Circle showed us so many things the island has to offer. ( we had no idea half of them were here) The house is close to the new Shelter Cove Towne Center and Shelter Cove Harbour ( where there are a load of restaurants, a park for kids, ice cream and entertainment. Main street where we found MORE restaurants, another grocery store, and of course our beloved nightly treat of YES more ice cream! Broad Creek Marina, for a ride out to Daufauskie and a fishing trip, NO fuss like Harbour town! IF YOU really want to RELAX, enjoy HHI, have a fabulous place to bike, a yard for the kids to play and swim , the beach just steps away in an incredible home ...then stay at 31 BRADLEY CIRCLE! An immaculate, beautiful, comfortable home, your family and friends are sure to love! We had such a tremendous time!! We will be back next year, hopefully for two weeks!

This is a very well-maintained and beautifully decorated house. The spacious layout fit 3 families with young kids, very comfortably. 5-minute walk to the beach on a path directly across the street from the house afforded us the convenience of going back and forth, when necessary. The pool was fantastic. We used it a ton. The fire pit in the yard was an added bonus! All onsite needs were provided - beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen appliances/utensils, recommendations for island activities and restaurants, etc. We didn't have any issues for our week-long stay. Would highly recommend.

The house was newly renovated with an added pool. They did a great job and it fit three families very comfortably. They provided pretty much anything you would need at the property. All beach equipment and bikes too. Great location on dead end with quick access to the beach.
