35 Crabline Court is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath modern coastal home that offers a private pool and an oversized front balcony overlooking the prestigious community of The Village at Singleton Beach. This property is situated next to Chaplin Park which offers tennis, basketball, open fields and a great playground for kids. Best of all, it's a quick and simple walk to the beach! The community beach shuttle is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is a fantastic convenience for enjoying the beach without any hassle. This home makes the perfect getaway for those who appreciate both comfort and style amidst a beautiful coastal setting.
FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

Community Beach Shuttle: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up is upon request. Driver will pick guest up at their driveway and drop them off at Singleton Beach.

Starter amenities (1-3 day’s worth) including: bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, 2 rolls per bathroom.
Free Activities: Golf, Mini Golf, Bicycle Rental (1 round of golf per day, 1 round of mini golf per day, 1 bicycle per reservation)
NOT INCLUDED WITH RESERVATION:
Beach Towels
Beach Chairs, Pool Toys, Beach Wagons
Children’s Items (Cribs, Highchairs, etc.)
* These items can be rented for an additional charge. We can provide recommendations, as needed, or you can use any company of your choosing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. No refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to weather (see section 14), maintenance issues, cleaning issues, noise issues, etc. In addition, no refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, stay at home/quarantine orders (voluntary or mandatory).
