3 Surf Watch Way

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious, and the spaces are well-designed for multiple people. There were 8 of us, and the house was beyond ample. Easy walk to the beach, the park, and even putt putt golf. Would definitely visit again.

The house met all of our expectations as an extended family of 13. The pool and game room was nice touch for our six grandchildren. They responded quickly to a request we made.

what a great place to stay and play. the only reason didnt give a 5 is because i couldnt find garbage bags when we were cleaning up prior to checkout. maybe put a box of bags under fridge somewhere instead of a bag that looks like someones toliettries. that said we will definately be looking to return in 2025. excellent place

Our home was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean and a great place for the 12 of us. We could hang out in the kitchen or living room or head downstairs for lots of games! We liked the privacy in the backyard. Had a pool , hot tub and a bar with TV. All the bedrooms were lots big with comfortable beds. We were about 7 mins to the beach and what a beautiful beach. I would definitely stay there again !

Beautiful house ! Pictures are how it looks. Rooms are all big. Each couple had a beautiful comfortable bed and bathroom and a large closet. We walked to the beach everyday (8 min) away. We could have a get together in the living room or kitchen or outside with the pool and bar, lots of room. Had lots of fun downstairs with the putting greens and games. I love Hilton Head ?

Loved the size and location of the house. We had paid for pool heat at booking but when we arrived there was no heat and both the spa and pool had not had maintenance/cleaning performed for some time. Called VHHHI soon after arrival...plus several more times....but no one ever came to add heat or clean and pool/spa....making both basically unusable for our stay, VHHH was responsive but pool contractor never showed up. Very disappointed grandkids and unhappy adults. Two refrigerators was a nice feature but absolutely no pantry storage for food...had to sit out on the counter. Kitchen is well stocked...owner should purge some things to make the space more functional. Living room is huge and comfortable...able to accommodate our entire family.

The house was clean and located on a quiet street where you can walk or bike to the beach every day. Our family of 13 loved the pool and hot tub along with the game room and openness of the main area for family dinners. The bike paths for getting around was a favorite. It was a great family vacation!!

What a great spot for family to relax together in Hilton Head! We have teenage/young adult kids, and the ping-pong, air hockey, and mini golf in the basement were all a big hit. The pool was great for relaxing, and such a short walk to the beach! Best vacation in years!!

Visited The City Market. Did the trolley tour. We visited the Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. Had brunch at Ela's Blu Water Grille Restaurant, Shoped at the many stores at the harbour. We had dinner at The Jazz Corner and listened to Jazz. We ate at Hudsons Seafood Restaurant, We had dinner at Ruby Lees and listened to more jazz. We shopped at the Tanger Outlets several times. Great sales. Don't forget to get the coupon book for bargains.We had an awesome time. It ended too soon.

We arrived after dark and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of the home. The furniture was in good condition, everything in the kitchen worked, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The young kids were thrilled with the activities in the basement - Ping-pong table was used a lot as well as the Air Hockey and putting greens. We chose not to heat the pool but the young kids (and some adults) loved the hot tub and played in it everyday. There was a large TV in just about every area which had a variety of streaming services available. There was a pleasant 4 block walk to the beach along a paved path that bordered a park. One negative was the house alarm that went off regularly (5 a.m. one morning). We were told to hit the * key to disable but it would go off several hours later. Although the house instructions indicated there was a recycling pickup each week there was no bin provided for the recycling and we were loathe to throw these materials away.

House was fantastic, really nice area with proximity to most of the island within 10 minutes. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor bar area were really special. Lots of tv's which was great and plenty of seating and beds. The basement garage area was an entertainers paradise and really a great add.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect to accommodate a large crew of 14. We loved this home so much we've already started planning our return.

3 Surf Watch Way is awesome. The setup is perfect and the kitchen is well stocked. We had a problem with the television in the living area and a tech came out in a timely manner and fixed the problem. Everybody happy. We have rented thru VHHH for several years and will do so again.

This property was ideal for our stay for a long weekend. The location was great, pool and jacuzzi fabulous.

The only challenge especially during a pandemic was there were no minimal cleaning products for wiping counters, etc as the weekend went along. As folks flying in and ordering most groceries and essentials this was difficult. There was no lighter for the bug candles either or wine bottle opener. In addition when we arrived the grill had just been cleaned and was left on so extremely hot- there should be a sign. if it was a child that burnt themselves and not an adult like us could have been an issue. In addition we had an issue w the pipe on kitchen sink that leaked so were unable to use From Sunday morning onwards. I noted this so we did not get charged with damage and someone noted they would be by next day to fix.

Overall great experience and would recommend especially for lots of adults needing private space and restrooms.

I apologize you did not have those things. I do see our tech was at the home cleaning the grill at 4 pm which does include getting the grill to very high temps and scrubbing the grill down. I see you arrived around 430 pm which means the grill could have very well still been very hot and for that I am so sorry. I do also see you spoke to someone about the sink on sunday which happened to be one of the 1st sundays we are no longer open at the office. I can say the issues was fixed the very next day however being your check out day i understand the frustration of not being able to use the sink on your last day of stay. We are excited to have you and your group back again hopefully very soon!

Rental management company was very engaging and proactive in getting you the info you needed before you needed. The property was nice. The house was not too far from beach access but the last stretch in the sand was brutal lugging kids and beach gear. Many other reviews complained about the lower level game room being hot, and it was, some fans would definitely help. We did find if you kept all the doors closed and the dehumidifier going it would bring the humidity down enough that you could stand it for a little while. Overall experience was great though.

Beautiful property with lots of space. We thoroughly enjoyed all the games/activities in the garage. The pool was enjoyed daily and the property manager was very responsive with a few requests. The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious for all of us (12) of us to spread out and watch movies together. We would highly recommend this house and hope to be back again soon.

We just got back from our week at 3 surf watch way, and our stay was really nice for everyone. We brought our 4 girls and both sets of in laws-- and we still had an extra bedroom we didn't even use. The house set up is really great for large groups, multiple families or in our case, one family that wanted to spread out after a lot of together time this past year! The house was a short walk to the beach (5 min) and also right next to a park which was fun to walk or bike through. The pool is small-- but no different from all the pools we saw and we had it heated for the week which was really nice for the kids ages 6-12. We'd come back for sure.

Stayed here for a golf trip. It was a great house to accommodate our group of 8. Big open area for kitchen/dining/living. Although, it didn’t get used much there is even a second sitting area on the second floor if anyone needed to get away from the group. Basement was fun we only wish there was more holes. Outdoor area is small, but was perfect for our group. My only suggestion would be a cabinet of some sort in the laundry room, all of the cabinets are stocked with the essentials so all dried goods have to stay out on the counter. Other than that it was a great stay, would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our time away with family for Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful with newly painted walls and furniture. It was great to be able to spread out some during covid with family but still be together. The kids ages 7-22 all loved the downstairs area! We rented a couple bikes and LOVED exploring and riding through the park across the street! Great access! We had a bit of trouble getting hot water, was warm enough, the rental company was quick to help us out. I know they will get that resolved soon. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful open floor plan of all common areas. Large bedrooms each with ample washrooms. Great out door set-up with bar area, table seating, and deck for sunbathing; all surrounding inground pool. Very short distance to Burke's Beach, walkable if you're not traveling heavy with gear or children. Shopping very nearby, many options. Overall excellent stay.

Beautiful home! Plenty of room! Rental company was great to deal with! This home was ideal for social distancing during our beach getaway. We didn’t do our normal running around because of the pandemic and the house offered us extras to keep some occupied. Loved this house but if you have older folks who aren’t as mobile and want to visit the beach, you may choose a different area. Even if we would have driven my parents down the beach access, the path is still quite lengthy.

A few things I could mention for the homeowners regarding some cons are the following: Cabinet space for renters grocery needs would be great. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with needed cooking/dining essentials but there was no room to store dry goods. It would also be nice to have some ceiling fans located outside in the covered outdoor bar area Possibly a shop style fan downstairs where the gaming and putt putt is located for some sort of air. The kids would come upstairs drenched from hanging out down there. It would also be nice if the pergola over the hot tub had some sort of plexiglass to keep all of the debris from the neighbors tree off the cover and out of the hot tub. This was a deterrent to even use the hot tub. And the tree out along the driveway could use some trimming so that it doesn’t scratch vehicles.

I am not trying to deter any vacationers from this lovely home. I just want others to be informed and some of these things may assist with any decisions.

It could use a little extra space for dry groceries but the two refrigerators are wonderful to have. VHHI stays on top of everything and are very accommodating! They even stop by to check in on their visitors on the first day to see how things are going. Our vacation is off to a fabulous start!

The overall property was great. Bedrooms afford privacy and property is overall quiet. The Hot Tub was not really satisfactory so only used one evening. This really did not bother anyone! We needed forks and start button on dryer replaced (this was handled right away by property manager. The kitchen supplies could be arranged better. (know renters place things maybe where they should not be) Like pots and pans could be together - tops for boilers and tops for casserole dishes should be in cabinet with bottoms. These are little things but could save a lot of time finding items to match. As for the basement as advertised = walls need to be painted, floors need to be repaired and painted. It is advertised as added space to be enjoyed by guests which was not the case. The ping pong table is not regulation size. Fun I guess for little ones who do not know the difference. The new living furniture worked out well. You might need to update the online views with new look. The light does not work on vent hood and oven did not seem to cook as well as Marriott's of which I am accustomed. We did enjoy our stay and the location being just out the gate to Surf Watch where I reserved 2 additional units for 6 of my guests worked out well.

Our unit was as advertised and comfortably fit our party of 16. Great location directly next to public park with biking/walking trails & a short walk to a wonderful beach. Downstairs entertainment area was a big hit. Our only issues were that the pool was not heated when we arrived which the management co immediately rectified & there were some minor maintenance issues with the range hood lights not working. Overall we had a great experience and would certainly recommend.

I stayed at this property for a week with 15 family members including three kids. We fit perfectly in the house with everyone getting their own bed and bathroom. The open floor plan of the main floor along with the updated furniture made the few rainy evenings we had very comfortable for all of us to be indoors and still enjoy each other. My family loved the location because it was easy to access things like grocery store but also a short walk to a beautiful part of the beach that wasn’t crowded like resort areas. We swam a lot in the pool (although smaller than we imagined from pictures), cooked and ate most meals comfortably at the house, and appreciated the two refrigerators to store our food/drinks. We struggled with the extra firm mattresses causing some aches and pains for most of us and did have a few minor concerns upon arrival. After contacting the property through the app however, concerns were fixed the next morning and everyone was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and I would come back to this property again!

A great place for a family gathering. The walk to the beach is hard with little ones especially the last 200 yards in the sand. We rented a wagon that made the trip somewhat easier. The only negative thing is we started our week with an empty propane tank but that was remedied quickly after a call to the management company.

Renting this house for this vacation was great! We have been to Hilton Head many times but normally stay at timeshares. This year we brought 2 other families and wanted something larger. This house was exactly what we wanted! The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach and easy to bike ride to the shops. The only suggestion we would have is that maybe there could be a TV in the outdoor living space (near the back patio table/bar area?). In the evenings we watched a lot of Bruins' playoff hockey and we had to stay in the house rather than enjoy the beautiful outdoor weather. Also, the kids could have watched their shows out there too instead of having to go upstairs. Also, while the games in the "basement" were fun, it wasn't a very welcoming space. It was really just a musty garage. We had to open the doors for fresh air. Overall, we loved our vacation and would definitely recommend this house to others... or even rent there again ourselves!

3 Surf Watch Way is truly summer heaven for us. How many people can, at the drop of a hat, remember the address of their vacation rental? We can! From its Southern Colonial building style to its convenient proximity to the beach, this property has it all; spacious and inviting gathering areas, large and open concept kitchen (with 2 fridges!!) roomy bedrooms each with large en suites are just some of its marvelous amenities. And with all this comes the elegant outdoor living space. Over the years if we encountered any issues, such as appliance fail etc, the situation was swiftly handled by the property owners/managers. And this home is conveniently located near stores, attractions, places of interest and our personal favorite, jazz music venues/restaurants. This beautiful home has more than accommodated our large family and is what we have looked forward to year after year ??

Our tennis team traveled to Hilton head to play tennis matches over spring break. The house accommodated the group very well. The house is very spacious and has a lot of nice finishes! The house is set up so nicely each couple had a lot of privacy. There are two indoor sitting areas which made it nice and the front porch and back deck added additional meeting spaces. We enjoyed the games in the basement/garage and the kitchen was well equipped. The cable box in the living room was not working which was challenging for those wanting to watch the play off in football, they went upstairs to the second sitting area but we're away from the rest of us during that time. We would recommend this lovely home to anyone. It was great.

Our stay was amazing, the house exceeded our expectations by far! There was more than enough room for our group. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Our only issues were that the pool was not heated when we arrived which the management co immediately rectified & there were some minor maintenance issues with the range hood lights not working. Overall we had a great experience and would certainly recommend.

What an amazing house! It was perfect for our team participating in the Pledge the Pink 3 Day/30 Miles walk. Loved the home!!!! Rooms were all very spacious and nicely done. Loved that the living room was large enough all of us (11 in our group) could actually sit together and the outdoor pool area had plenty of seating for the entire group as well. One of the best supplied kitchens in a rental home that we have encountered in rentals over the years. The location was handy as it was just a block from the main highway making it easy to get to shopping and restaurants, and just a few blocks to walk to the beach.

I did already send you a survey but I will answer again. We loved the house, it was clean and plenty of room for our large family. Location to the beach was walkable. Our only complaint was that the hot tub on the deck didn’t work. We called and two different men came out to look at it but never came back to repair it.

A very pleasant surprise. Roomy, well designed and furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. Hood above stove needed repair. I would recommend a big fan in the basement to circulate the air. On rainy days we spent a lot of time down there. Hot tub and pool were excellent. Hope to stay there again.

The house was exceptional, the whole family enjoyed the generous space and beautiful decor! Our 10 year old grandson even said "I wish I could put this house on my street in Louisville!" The pool and beach access were wonderful. And to have the bikes brought to the house was a big help! Was clean and kitchen was well supplied with anything we needed. The only thing we brought was our pancake griddle! One suggestion would be to have a card table with extra chairs available to play games or add to the big table for extra seating. We had a dinner for 16 on Thursday night and brought in the outside table for extra seating. Thank you for making our 50th wedding anniversary week with our family so easy and special. It truly was a joy to stay there and would recommend it any time to anyone. As an aside: Julianna's Kitchen who catered our meal did an exceptional job and was a joy to work with her and her staff.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with large rooms and lots of televisions. Every bedroom has a private bath. The kitchen was very well equipped to the point where there were no empty cupboards in which to put dry goods. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement. The only drawbacks were the pool was small for our size group and no screened in porch. The pool bar area was too buggy to use at night.

House was as advertised. plenty of private space and plenty of group space. could have had 8 if we had wanted to double up in a couple of rooms. Central location great for the courses we played and where we ate. Cooked in for all breakfasts and 3 dinners. All necessary utensils were there. A bigger better grill would have been nice. Called maintenance one day about a hot tub problem
and was fixed in a couple hours. All 6 of us were happy

Hello,the house was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and was a fun place to stay in. My pastor stated that this was the best location that we have ever stayed at. We have Leadership Retreats each year. We had one issue with the air not working in one part of the upstairs. Hello, just a few notes about our stay. We have leadership Retreats in many locations. This was the best place we've ever stayed at. The house was Awesome. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and was very clean. Loved the kitchen. We did not get a chance to use the pool or the hot tub. Busy schedule. We had one issue. The air upstairs was not working properly. I called and someone came out pretty quick. He made and adjustment and we had no more issues with the air. THANKS FOR THAT. I would truly recommend this house. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK.

This is our second time staying at this home. We love the space the home provides. Two bedrooms are on the main level with four bedrooms upstairs. The children were able to walk out the back door and jump in the pool. The beach is a short 5 minute walk from the home.

One suggestion is to give the home a good solid cleaning. The hood over the stove was dirty and there was a lot of dust in the home (bedroom furniture, windows, steps. The basement was also very damp therefore we limited the time the children spent there for the putt putt, video machine, and fooseball machine. Dead spiders on the window sill.

As we were cleaning for our departure, we found a pile trash (cups, candy wrappers, tissues, empty chip bags) behind the night stand. We knew it was a guest before us because we didn't have those items in the house for our consumption.

Also, the grill needs to be cleaned or fixed. On both occasions, we had a difficult time getting the gas to stop flowing and fire was coming out of the grill for ten minutes.

I will start by saying I was impressed by the rental process and the mobile app, check-in, and overall dealing with vacation homes of HH. Good customer service and responsive to issues. For the stay itself, see below:

We were disappointed with the condition of the home, specifically:
- There was a smoke smell for the first 3 days. Clearly someone smoked in or got smoke in the unit prior.Very unpleasant. Smell was gone by week end
- the main sliding doors to the pool were near impossible to open until the technician came out day one
- bikes were delivered to wrong location (marriott)
- There was food/popcorn underneath the guest bedroom on main floor.
- blinds all stained (looking in from back exterior)
- the mini-fridge outside was broken for the duration of the stay
-towel rack was broken in another bathroom
-paper plate left on front porch, empty beer case left outside garbage room door

Location as expected, a bit of a haul to the beach and lots of and to walk through! Lots of cars passing by on small street because marriott next door

Hi David, Thank you for leaving us a review. We are happy that our staff was of great assistance to you and that you found our mobile app of use to you. All of our homes are non-smoking, however, it is beyond our control if a guest does smoke in the home during their stay as we are not monitoring them once inside of the home. We do inspect all of our homes upon the guests departure. The guest that had stayed in the home prior to you was charged for this. We also brought out an ozone machine to place inside of the home. Bike Rentals are outsourced through a third party which is coordinated directly between that company and the guests so this had nothing to do with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head, however, we took it upon ourselves to contact the bike rental agency and they were out in under an hour to pick up the bikes and deliver them to the correct address. When we spoke with you, you didn't mention any cleaning issues. We would have been more than happy to send housekeeping back out to address and correct this. We do advertise that this is a public beach access point with beach parking nearby so it will tend to be a bit crowded in this area as it is peak season summertime in the middle of June. Overall, we are happy that you were able to enjoy your stay and as you mentioned we are always very responsive to all of our guests and respond to any issues immediately. We hope that you will consider renting with us again in the future.

This time, the house was even better than the first time. Things around the house had a recent facelift of carpeting, painting, New furniture and an overall cleanliness that told me the owners actually cared about what kind of place they were renting out. This is the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head. It is ideally situated near the beach, restaurants, shopping, activities.Every room has it's own bathroom, and flat screen TV.The location is perfect, the layout of the house is ideal for everyone, young and old. Excellent customer service, friendly and very helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this property to friends and family.We enjoyed the Dolphin Cruise, the cruise to Daufuskie Island, we visited Savannah, GA and had dinner at The Olde Pink House, excellent cuisine. Visited The City Market. Did the trolley tour. We visited the Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. Had brunch at Ela's Blu Water Grille Restaurant, Shoped at the many stores at the harbour. We had dinner at The Jazz Corner and listened to Jazz. We ate at Hudsons Seafood Restaurant, We had dinner at Ruby Lees and listened to more jazz. We shopped at the Tanger Outlets several times. Great sales. Don't forget to get the coupon book for bargains.We had an awesome time. It ended too soon.

The house at 3 Surf Watch Way is a wonderful house to stay in as the design is lovely and very accommodating. The problem we had is that the clothes dryer was broken for the entire week. We were told that they were aware of the problem before we checked in. We were not apprised of the problem but had to find out for ourselves. The office told us a part was on order and I had to call everyday for an update. That courtesy was not provided to me. The part did not arrive until the end of the week and the dryer was fixed late Friday afternoon --we had to check out less than 24 hours from that time. This was a tremendous inconvenience for 12 people that included 5 children. This should have been handled more responsibly on the part of the management. We actually had to find a laundromat at one point. One word to sum it up, UNACCEPTABLE!

As the kids grew up and have families of their own the places we rent have had to larger. 3 Surfside Way was a great choice for the fifteen of us. The house is very nice, well laid out and spacious. It was no so over decorated that we could not let the children play. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. We had questions about the pool but having the pool right out side the doors was fantastic. We have stayed where the pool was downstairs and was out of the flow of the family. This pool feels very much a part of the house. I could imagine in cooler weather opening the sliding doors and being completely open to the pool. Beds were super comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one bedroom. I called about nine in the morning and the problem was fixed about one thirty. We were quite pleases. Everyone loved the beach shuttle. It worked smoothly and Driver Dan and Driver Steve always responded quickly. They both knew the Island well and loved sharing stories and places to visit. The beach shuttle was a great addition to the trip. The fact that the golf cart also had a trailer to haul stuff to the beach was bonus. All in all we got great reviews from the kids and would absolutely stay here again.

There were 16 of us and it was plenty big.Its a beautiful place,convenient to churches groceries and shopping. The property was as described and the customer service was great.The sofa on the 2nd floor needs replacing and some of the chairs outside were broken and not replaced yet. Our family recently rented 3 Surf Watch Way in Hilton Head, for my husband's 70th birthday celebration. One of the best things about this house was that each couple had a large bedroom and their own bathroom. The kitchen was quite large and very well stocked. We rented a professional photographer while there, and it was great being within walking distance to the beach. The kids and grandkids really loved having the gameroom in the basement - there were lots of games of foosball, air hockey and putt-putt golf, had by all. Outdoor area has pool with waterfall, hot tub, chaise lounges and outside bar area. Would definitely recommend this house and hope to rent it again sometime -- SG

For the second year in a row, my family and I spent our Christmas holiday at 3 Surf Watch Way. We found the location to shopping and the beach quite convenient.

We were so impressed with the house in 2014, I made our reservation for 2015 before we even left at the end of the week.
But, we had a far less stellar impression this time. We arrived to find no hot water in the kitchen, or master bath, it was finally available after I'd had to prepare dinner and wash the dishes by boiling water on the stove.
We found kitchen items were put away with food on them, and the carpets didn't appear to be vacuumed.
We found the grill was uncovered, and the house's exterior and general upkeep just seemed to have faltered since the previous year.
While we had a pleasant enough visit this year, we are considering looking at other properties for our 2016 vacation.

Eight long months of the year have to go by, but when that first week of August hits, our family begins the countdown to HHI! We look forward to this every summer and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3 Surf Watch Way over the years. The kitchen and family/dining area are by far my favorite. The open concept allows me to take in the magnitude of having three generations of family cooking, eating and enjoying movies together. The beach is a quick walk and and even quicker shuttle ride (fab plus of staying here). The rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. We loved the house and the accomodations. All of the bedrooms were large snd comfortable and we used the pool and hot tub daily. Walk to the beach was a breeze on the shady path. Our only complaint is that the wifi did not work well and could not support more than 1 or 2 devices at a time.

Smokers have stayed in it, leaving an oder. The management did bring an air filter the second day of our stay. The temperature in one of the main floor bedrooms could not regulated, so it was too warm to sleep, and the drain in the shower didn't work properly. The lay out of the house is such that several couples can stay and each have privacy. It also has 2 gathering spaces with TVs and a very spacious kitchen.

The kids loved the pool with the waterfall and the upstairs living area. The furniture was upscale and the floors downstairs were a really nice dark wood and the carpeting upstairs was a short shag and clean. We had 4 king beds, 2 doubles, and twin beds. The 6 1/2 baths had ceramic tile, granite counter tops, Most had double sinks and all large showers. The beach was nearby and the large park near the house was great for those who wanted to play ball. We had a maintenance person come because the recessed lights above the kitchen counter were not working and the water faucet was quirky to turn off. He said he would send an electrician and he would also come back the next day but no one came. This wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to have had more light in the kitchen area. We had WiFi for our laptops and every bedroom had a TV, etc. We were all pleased that there were no roaches or bugs like the last place we rented in SC. The location was great, close to many nice restaurants and stores.

Vacation Homes of Hilton Head staff

Our family had a great vacation. The house was very large and we loved the pool and hot tub. It was a little far further from the beach that we are used to, but we knew that when we booked it. My only complaint was that we think that they need new pots/pans/cookware in the kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great vacation.
