We had a great time. The beach shuttle was a great feature. House was great. The elevator was a bit harder to use than we expected, but it did not turn out to be a problem. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home! Suggestions: - have some basic items for cooking (salt, pepper, steak spice, olive oil) available for guests - extra toilet paper for one week stays - have some pods (washing machine) available for laundry (maybe 5 to 10 for a one week stay)

This is a wonderful property for a large family vacation. It is centrally located on the island and provides easy access to restaurants, shopping and other activities. The house is comfortable and is just a short walk to the beach. The management company was very helpful and was responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

We thought the house was wonderful for our family! The kitchen was well equipped and everything thing was clean. We do think the dining room light fixture needs to be raised as a couple of us bumped our heads while getting up from our meal . Furniture and beds were nice and very comfortable! Great experience!

We rented 27 Corine Lane for a reunion of 80+ year old Navy veterans. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The rooms and baths were comfortable and the common space was great for socializing and eating. When we had elevator problems, the staff responded promptly.

This house is perfect for large groups. We were in town for Pledge the Pink breast cancer walk! Everyone had plenty of room and our own bathrooms. The pool was kind of small but we enjoyed just sitting and soaking our feet. The furniture was great, beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved having the elevator to help get everything upstairs! Great place!

We had a large group and it was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. All the minor issues that we had were immediately addressed and resolved exceedingly. Four families with children and grandchildren had a great time vacationing at 27 Corine Lane.
The 2 negatives are:
Wash machine only worked on gentle wash!!
It was a 10 minute bike ride to the beach.

The women of our family (15 adults, 2 toddlers) got together for a much needed trip. Plenty of room to spread out and I loved the fact that each bedroom had their own private stand up shower! Let me just say the house is GORGEOUS and was very clean; however, upon arrival we quickly noticed that the elevator did NOT work! That was a complete nightmare especially since many of my aunts (70+ in age) needed assistance with their luggage. The house is very tall with A LOT of stairs. I would also like to suggest that the house have a broom. We couldn't sweep the sand like we wanted to without a broom. Also I would like to suggest more bathroom hooks as an extra place to put their towels and wash clothes. I would also suggest getting the heated pool option. We didn't which was a lesson learned on us. The shade made the pool extra cool.

There were several houses that we reviewed when planning our trip. 27 Corrine was where we landed based on certain criteria and we are glad that we did. The main reasons were the space and also the individual beds. This was a golf trip with 8 men who are 45+ years old. We are to the point where we need our own bedrooms for the most part and our own space. We also liked the shared space for being able to hang out together and play cards. There was a big table to accommodate us all and also a smaller table when we wanted to split up. All in the same room with living room/TV and kitchen. The outdoor space was big enough for all 8 of us to hang out together, as well. The house was centrally located (although Hilton Head is pretty small, in general). House definitely met our needs for a guy's golf trip and would certainly meet the needs of a large family group. The beach was walking distance and tiki bar at Marriott resort also walking distance.

VERY CLEAN! Home is a short 10 minute walk to the beach which has zero parking but makes it a nice quiet area. Home is laid out well. Elevator was perfect to get luggage to each floor. Heated pool under the home was amazing for the kids and the full bath right next to the pool was very convenient. Great vacation! Would absolutely recommend this home!!!

This property worked fabulously for our group of 9 ladies. We ranged in age from 42-75 and played 3 great days of golf. The bunkbeds were not ideal for adults, but we preferred that to sharing beds. Some of the bedrooms were large enough to put in 2 full or queen beds instead of kings which would be ideal for a group like ours, but again we managed. Happily, we found a second refrigerator in the garage which others had suggested the property needed. The house was lovely and we celebrated a new marriage, a momentous birthday, and our friendships comfortably and happily. One minor issue kept this from being perfect, but it had nothing to do with the property rental itself. The previous renters had obviously rented bicycles and they were left in the driveway. I made a call to the property manager, she promptly called the company, and called me back to say they were on the way to get them. Unfortunately, that didn't happen...at all. We called the bike rental place the following day and got the bike lock numbers and moved the bikes ourselves to the side of the house. They were still there when we left 4 days later. They may still be there...who knows? It was only a problem because we had 4 vehicles and wanted to park in the driveway/garage, but ended up with one car in the overflow loop which was a short walk. Not a huge deal, but a bit aggravating. I would definitely rent this property again with a big group. :)

This was a great place to stay with our extended family. Bedrooms were great size and living space was great so we could spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another. The only recommendation I would have for improvements would be a second refrigerator in the downstairs or garage area. For 12 people the one fridge was not enough and had to keep our drinks in coolers with ice and make more trips to grocery store since not enough space in the fridge. The beach was a short walk or bike ride away and not crowded which was perfect in this pandemic.

This house was wonderful for our trip with 11 adults and 4 kids. Great location! With social distancing concerns this location really blew us away. We rented bikes (which are a must) and it was a quick bike ride to the private beach entrance for the neighborhood. The location was very remote and there was so much space on the beach to stay far away from other people. Also, the small wading pools at this part of the beach was awesome for the toddlers in our group. The house is a perfect layout for multiple families. So much space for everyone. The shaded pool was great for the kids. Just a few quick fixes that would turn a 4 star review to 5 stars. MORE HOOKS!! With so many people and so many wet towels there are no hooks to hang anything on. Hooks in bedrooms/bathrooms and by the pool would have been awesome. Also, PLEASE PLEASE get a second refrigerator for the garage!!!! With that many people and so much food and drink it is impossible with one small side-by-side refrigerator. Other than that-no complaints

We absolutely love the location of this home. Having the shuttle service to the beach really helped having a little toddler esp during very hot days. The house itself has plenty of room and is beautiful. There are a few things that we would like to suggest. The couches in the living room are very past due a cleaning/ replacement. Especially with everything going on in the world with viruses and necessary cleanliness. Upon arrival the floors did not seem to have been vaccummed, especially stairs and carpeted areas, there was alot of hair.

We had such a great time at the house over Xmas. It was beautiful and well stocked. I would like to mention the kitchen had so many different pots and pans and every gadget possible. The family room was a little small since we like to all sit around and look back on the year. Our group of 18 had the best time, however despite the pouring rain.
The rental agency was responsive to all our questions.
The bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall we were highly satisfied.

We had a really great stay at 27 Corinne. It was very close to the house we rented last year but this house was more luxurious. The kitchen was so well stocked!! Non stick pans, baking dishes, spatulas etc were in plenty. It was a hike to get to the third floor bedrooms but we appreciated attached bathrooms to all the bedrooms. The living room area was a little small for our group of eighteen since we like to do a lot of group activities but it worked out. The staff responded quickly to any concerns we had. Overall, we had a relaxing 5 days over Xmas.

Overall the house was very nice. We were there for a cousins trip it was 14 of us. And it was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen utensil were surprisingly nice non stick cookware measuring spoons ext. the elevator was great to have as some of us have joint issues.
We would suggest the following
Replace the worn out living room furniture
Replace the grill
Lift the light over the dining room table
Change the light bulbs on the oven and microwave
Hand rail at pool
Beds need new pillows
TV in all bedrooms would be nice

Stately home. Pleasant 1/2 mile walk to the beach (didn't try the shuttle). Small yard for kids but a playground close by. Extra parking close by. House exterior has been changed - no 3rd floor balcony but a bench at the top of the stairs for morning coffee. Living room furniture has seen better days. Overall very nice place and well worth the money! Hilton Head is a beautiful vacation spot.

Property exactly as described. Elevator & 1st floor bedroom was asset for 80yr old Grandmother. Kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioner on all 3 floors remained consistent even with the extreme temperatures outside. Bike rental made daily activities & adventures easy. Shuttle to the beach was perfect.

Our group was made up of 15 people from age 5 months to 69. All three generations coming from 6 states enjoyed this house and the area greatly. In fact, we already want to return next year. It certainly is a wonderful place for our family to have a beach reunion.

Spent two weeks this summer at this home - big, comfortable and closer to the beach than we thought. We rented bicycles and rode to the beach most days (5 min. ride max), but there was also a shuttle always around to cart you back and forth. Home met or exceeded all of our needs for a great summer vacation. We didn't use the pool much, but would be fine for a post beach dip.

My brothers, sisters and spouses enjoyed our stay here a lot. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the location was accurately described as was the rentals appearance. I would recommend this property to a relative or friend. The only negative was the rugs on the third level were very stained and one lamp on the same level was broken. There were no dishcloths in the kitchen. Our group has stayed at many properties over the many years that we have been vacationing together and this was one of the nicest we've stayed. Thanks for listing such a great property.
