We had a lovely stay. The condo was renovated, and the management was super responsive if we ever had issues or questions. The only negative was that the internet was very spotty. The TVs were all on the internet so they would go out. The phone service wasn't great either.

Sometimes if a lot of devices are connected all at once it can slow the speed down. Hopefully this wasn't too big of an issue for you and your group!

The unit was clean and ready for us at 3:30! We were so happy to get in at that time as we have small kids. Everything works well But I was told there was a kuerig coffee maker and there isn’t but the coffee maker was sufficient! We love the location and layout of this unit - just wish there could be a way to control those ANTs and wasps on the way to the beach!!

Loved our stay at 205 Barrington Arms..the only issue we had was our televisions not working properly. The maintenance staff came out on the last day before we left to look into problem. Overall, a great stay!

Property is in a quiet, family friendly community with beautiful beaches. Properties are well maintained and easy to navigate. Renting bicycles are great convenience especially for traveling around the gated community. Close to everything needed! Enjoyed the stay!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family. Completed updated and yet very comfortable. We loved listening to the frogs at night and watching the ocean waves from our balcony. Perfect location to all our needs, very clean grounds and polite staff.

Fantastic property and location! Celebrated hubby’s 50th. Friends stayed one night before they could check in nearby. Other friends came over from Sea Pines to celebrate with dinner. The rest of the trip family came in for long weekend. This property was the envy of everyone. Beautiful inside and outside. Everyone had their own space, bath, and family area was very accommodating! Easily accessible by elevator. We never heard another person unless outside. We will be back for sure!

Great updated unit. Everything you need for a week of relaxation. Highly recommend renting a deck boat at Shelter Cove and taking it out on the sound. Easy to operate and you'll see many dolphin.

HHI is our family vacation spot. This year we stayed at Barrington, Palmetto Dunes. The property was clean, great view, had everything we needed for our stay. Our family really enjoyed the property and the condo. It was conveniently located, had many amenities and everything you needed to enjoy your time at the beach. First off, I want to say how great the customer service is. They are just great and so attentive to any request. The condo is in pristine condition, this is our second stay since it has been renovated. The only issue we ran into, which unfortunately is not the owners fault, is the loud TV at the neighbors condo. Their living room TV is mounted to the shared wall that the 2nd King bedroom headboard is on. The loud TV went on until 1-2am most nights and kept our kids up. Unfortunately, we would not be able to stay here again due to this, unless we were assured the neighbors had moved their TV off the shared wall. Maybe the owners can talk to the other condo owners to get this remedied.
This is a shame, because the condo is so very nice! Great location, beautiful views from the porch and beautiful renovation.

While pictures of properties are often deceiving, this property was no exception except that it was better than pictured. The condo was spacious and beautiful and better than we were anticipating. Terrific location- clear view of the beach and just a few minutes walk from the sand. Pool view, but not a lot of noise. Never really heard our neighbors. Condo was recently updated. Very clean and minimal decoration (a good thing). Can’t really think of any flaws. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very nice and clean. We were grateful for the updates. There were five of us and we felt that we had plenty of room. Just one minor issue: The master bedroom blinds had apparently been broken and temporary blinds were installed which prohibited an ocean view from the master bedroom. However, I do believe they are working to get new blinds installed soon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with the rental company and the condo was very nice. This was a new property for us, but not a new area. We stay in Palmetto Dunes every year. We rented bikes, played tennis, and enjoyed the beach! We will definitely return to this property again.

I would definitely stay here again. Also, condo is listed as 1200sq ft but my family and I think that it is 2000 or more sq ft. It is very big with 3 bedrooms.

The only hiccup was the code to the beach and pool in the app, but the property management company was very quick and receptive. The complex changed it on everyone so we were not alone. We later noticed it was updated on the information sheet on the fridge. I would recommend both this location and the property management company to everyone. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We really loved staying at this property. It is an amazing amount of space--perfect for a family of 4. Great views out of every room and very comfortable furniture. The bathrooms and kitchen are probably original to the property and could use updating, but were perfectly functional and clean. We especially liked the separate sink/dressing area in the Master--made getting ready to go out so much easier. We had a tiny hiccup with bedding--there had been an incident with the previous guests and it needed to be sent out for cleaning, but we did get a replacement set by night 2. Highly recommend!

It was a very short walk to the beach which was nice. While we had a great stay - I do think the beds were a bit uncomfortable but that could have just been personal preferences. Overall I'd recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Hilton Head.

I do not like how VRBO is misleading and costs you more than if you contact the manager directly. This is a farce. I have used VRBO and I have never been charged $150 because I used the online booking. So please beware. Check all avenues before actually booking. It could save you money. So I don't like the online portal

My family has had a wonderful time on our vacation. The pictures on the website truly do represent the accommodations the website showed. The facility is very well maintained every morning housekeeping and lawn care were out early morning cleaning the areas. Our room was overlooking the pool and we could see the beach. We chose this because our daughter and son n law came with us bringing our 5 month old grandson which was wonderful for them to experience the oceanfront beach. My father who is 80 yrs old also came with us. This was easy access for him also without a long walking distance to the beach. We chose this room also because 3 bedrooms 3 baths. Everyone had their own area without cramping each other. The unit had everything you needed except kitchen space to put groceries which we had to leave on the side counter. Labeling where each item went was great but it did not allow storage for groceries. Also the unit had washer dryer in the u it we were able to wash baby items and also wash almo

Negative: Dryer stopped working on Day 3, they sent maintenance but didn't see them or hear from them after that. condo needs updating. Inconvenient. I would rent again though.

when you enter thecondo at Barrington Arms, you see a spacious beautiful place with direct view of the pool, landscaping and most important, the ocean. It is clean and quiet and everyone is courteous. There is plenty to do in HH for all ages. We highly recommend Alexander's restaurant's great food and atmosphere. The condo clothes dryer did not work the entire week that was reported and a work order placed but it was never fixed. The ice maker did not work and vertical blinds broke iin one room, and one bathtub needed some work. The rental people were courteous but were unable to get maintenance to fix these issues . Our condo was perfectly situated for convenience to the pool and ocean, view, and immaculately clean. If these items were corrected it is a perfect please for family fun and relaxation and we definitely would recommend this property.

We did offer to cover the cost of drying your clothing at a nearby laundromat due to this. No other issues were reported to us during your stay we would have been more than happy to address them and will look into this.
