CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. Perfect Pet Friendly Home!
2 Collier Beach Road is a beautiful ocean front home. We enjoyed our stay so much and it can be SO hard to find an ocean front large home that allows our dogs (which are like family) to come with us! The home was so clean and spacious, we loved the kitchen as we spent most of our time cooking in the home. Our family of 9 had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home…… if you have a big family who wants to spend a vacation this is the place. Has everything you will need and just a short walk to the beach. #2 collier beach
Rented #2 and #4 collier beach rd for family. I stayed in #4. Feedback from fam on #2: Slow draining bath sinks in first floor bedroom and second floor master bath. The elevator had a sign on the door saying it was not for guest use. Although we called and asked about that, and said we could try it, people felt stuck a couple of times and my 92 year old mother did not have confidence in it and had to maneuver up and down steps every day. We made it through the week with no falls! In general, the house was great and had just the space we needed for our big family. A great stay.
We had a lovely stay at 2 Collier Beach Road. The house was clean and had everything we needed.
We decided to add the pool heating to our stay and that was a great addition to our vacation, the weather was spectacular for late December and we got to enjoy the outdoor spaces.
Having your own boardwalk to the beach is idillic, we took walks on the beach daily.
I would like to give kudos to the rental company, Andi was very friendly, answered all my questions and always replied to email promptly. The Alexa in the unit made it very easy to check in and out.

Always an amazing time

Fabulous Family Home with Incredible Views
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. You could see the recent improvements the homeowners made. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedding in all the bedrooms was super comfy. The view from the master bedroom was incredible! Our teenagers loved the privacy of the upstairs living space. They even stocked their own snacks in the cabinets and refrigerator which kept them from roaming the house in the middle of the night when the rest of the adults were sleeping. Our only minor disappointment was in the size of the pool area, extending the deck to provide more outdoor dining would be a nice addition. Chris from the property management company was great to work with. We used a beach chair service the entire time which made getting down to the beach easy and convenient although carrying chairs would have been easy too. Great stay!
This house is in a great, quiet, residential location. You cannot beat the beachfront! The private pool was awesome, although it felt smaller than the pictures on the website. We did have some issues with the pool heat running out and the management company was very responsive and solved the problem in an acceptable way. The home was super clean upon arrival.
The home itself is very spacious. We had three families and never felt crowded. The third floor was our office/school location and it was nice to be so spread out.
Overall, the house could use some paint and wall repair. Some furniture needs replacing. It feels like a tired rental. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but definitely it needs more utensils as there weren’t enough forks for everyone in our party

We stayed at 2 collier for 6 days. Any issues we had were promptly taken care of & the home was amazing! We actually are looking to come back in May. A few things I’ll brag on - the kitchen was well stocked! My mom mention this daily.. we also had virtual school going and remote working and never had an issue with internet. Awesome Location!
The oceanfront location was awesome and everyone had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful oceanfront home with fabulous views. It’s really nice to have bathrooms for each bedroom and a private pool. The owner should reconsider having a working elevator for luggage and guests with disabilities. Not having a working elevator is a real negative for renting this home. Needs updating
Great location on beach and closeness to shopping and restaurants. Needs serious maintenance!!!New dryer was not drying. Maintenance man found duct "smooched" in back of dryer. Neither sink in master bath was draining. Maintenance was able to unclog one but the other sink was unrepairable. Little cooling in master bedroom. Maintenance found A.C. ducts had been patched and patched. A.C. man said All ducts and unit needs to be replaced. Back door to pool and beach needs very badly to be repainted inside and out. We had a wonderful time in this large accommodating home. The location of the home was perfect. It was in the middle of the island, you can get anywhere within minutes. Although there is really no need to leave the home because you’re right on the beach and have your own pool. Great Location
The location is the best part about this rental property. The house is nice but needs some updating. The clothes dryer did not work for the majority of our stay. They had ordered a part that they were waiting to come in. We were not compensated for this. Also the pool company managed to get pool chemicals on our beach towels and bleached them. So Much Fun
Came to Hilton Head for March Break and had the best time. This house sits directly on the beach and has amazing views from each floor. The kids loved the bonus room on the top floor and spent most nights playing cards up there. Great Vacation
We live in the area and have been renting houses for the past 10 years. This house was one of the nicest. Home was clean and had everythind we needed. Location was great and ocean views were awesome. Vacation homes was great to deal with. We have had some difficulties with another agency but this company was great! This is an extremely beautiful rental property, located directly on the beach, in a pristine location on HHI. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but when we reported them, they were promptly addressed and repaired. The property is located within a mile of grocery stores. On non beach days we enjoyed how close other local attractions were like Bluffton and Savannah! House is also within just a few miles to many local restaurants that were right on the water! The free perks were wonderful and very easy to use! We were able to rent bikes and go mini golfing. The men also really enjoyed the one free round of golf a day! Beautiful oceanfront home; great family vacation
We rented this oceanfront home for our annual family vacation on HHI. It did not disappoint. The location is perfect, situated mid-Island in Singleton Beach so it's close to many places without a ton of the traffic; it also offers a gorgeous oceanfront experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable and set up nicely for multiple families to enjoy.
A few comments/suggestions: 3rd floor set up, while spacious, could benefit from a few sleeper sofas to maximize the space; all pillows and most door locks need to be replaced and some tiny fixes needed in the kitchen. I can't say enough good things about this house! You are literally steps to the beach, the views are amazing and it's centrally located on the island (very close to restaurants and shops). This was our first stay in Hilton head. We love the area. The house is beautiful and enough room for our family however it says it sleeps 14 but accurately it really sleeps 10. I was on a work vacation and the wifi and cellular service was terrible. Lastly, the doors throughout the house do not lock for privacy. Are golf carts allowed?
Answer:
Yes, we recommend the below rental company for golf cart rentals.

Is there a BBQ grill?
Answer:
Yes, this home has a BBQ propane grill. Propane is provided.
When is the pool cleaned? What time of the year can it be heated?
Answer:
The pool is cleaned twice weekly during peak season. Pool heat is available only from Labor Day to Memorial Day. It can be added at the time of booking or before your final payment is made. Please call us if you have any questions.
How does the Southern Hospitality Pass work? We don`t play golf, can we combine some of the other activities for the Soho pass/we don`t ride bikes, can we get more golf rounds?
Answer:
Prior to arrival you will receive a dedicated link from Xplorie to book your free activities.
Feel free to share this link with your group. Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group.
The passes cannot be combined or exchanged for any other activity.
Note: This is per day, not per person. For a threesome, two pay while one plays free. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day and one complimentary bike to start your stay.
A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.
Does the elevator go down to the garage level?
Answer:
If your property is equipped with an elevator, it will access all floors including the garage unless otherwise specified.
Is beach equipment included? What about beach towels? Bikes?
Answer:
Beach equipment is not included in the rental of our vacation homes. Click here for some of our preferred local vendors.
Does the price include all taxes, fees & cleaning?
Answer:
Our posted rates include all taxes, fees, cleaning, and accidental damage protection. Travel insurance, pool/spa heat (if available), parking passes (Palmetto Dunes) and pet fees (if pet-friendly) are additional.
What is the standard check-in and check-out times? Can early check-in or late check-out be purchased?
Answer:
Standard check-in is at 5pm and check-out is at 10am. Early arrival or late departure may be available for purchase during the months of September to May. (This is not available Memorial Day-Labor Day)
When is the final payment due and is it automatically charged to the card on file or do I need to do anything?
Answer:
Your final payment is charged automatically to the card on file. If you wish to change the card on file you will need to call us prior to your payment due date.
Will you consider/make exceptions for a service animal/ pets at a property is not pet friendly?
Answer:
Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions for service animals or pets in property that is not pet-friendly. Our homes are all individually owned and do not fall under the laws for service animals. In addition, it is not fair to guests who book a pet free home and arrive to potential pet dander or hair inside the home/furniture.
What discounts are available on the pricing of the home?
Answer:
We offer a repeat renter discount of 5% and a military discount of 3%. Our pricing is similar to airline pricing and increases based on supply and demand. You always get the best price by booking direct, as OTAs charge a service fee.

What do I do if I have more than the maximum number of cars allowed?
Answer:
Unfortunately, we do not have any additional parking due to the vacation rental restrictions from the Town of Hilton Head Island. Paid parking is available at the HHH airport just a few minutes away.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Answer:
Some of our properties are available for monthly rental during the months of November-February. Contact us for details.
