This house was absolutely incredible and stunningly beautiful. The home is beach front, with the right size pool. The decor, modern finishes, room size and bathrooms were a dream. The beach was crowded in front of the house. The elevator never worked right. You cannot access the beach bar at the end of the street. Overpriced.

Singleton Beach is semi private, however, the dates that you stayed were some of the busiest of the season and this is when lots of families spend time together. Sometimes things occur beyond our control but we are happy to see that the elevator was fixed the same day you reported the issue. We were right on the beach. Could put up our beach tents and leave them, able to see the family on the beach from the house! Master closet areas could hold pack n plays for our 2 babies. Our 4 older granddaughters loved the bunk room. We had everything we needed for 9 adults and 6 kids.

My extended family and I had a wonderful time at 19 Singleton Beach. The house was beautiful and in top notch condition and the views of the ocean were spectacular. The space inside easily accommodated 15 of us. We were also not far from area grocery stores and activities like miniature golf and jet skiing. The deck pool was perfect for my niece’s 11 month old baby to play in. I highly recommend renting this wonderful beach house for your stay on Hilton Head Island.

The property and its location was absolutely perfect! The house exceeded our expectations - clean, beautifully designed and decorated, with stunning views! My wheelchair-bound sister was able to use the elevator and for the first time enjoy the whole vacation house and not just be stuck on the first floor (she called dibs on the room on the highest floor, naturally). I loved my morning runs on the beach that is right outside the house and goes for miles! Thank you for making our first trip to Hilton Head so enjoyable and for your hospitality!! We cannot wait to be back!

We had a great vacation! The size of the house was perfect! The beach access was exactly what we wanted…. The kitchen was better equipped than described. We over-packed! A little confusion on trash pick up. I think the pool needed a little more attention during our visit. I think we only got a chlorine tablet? But I would highly recommend this home!

Everything went smoothly!!! We had one glitch with the elevator, the maintenance man arrived and saved the day needless to say we did not use it again. I guess it is sensitive and we did not want to take and chances.

Beautifully clean, warm, and inviting home. Pool was on the smaller side and beds are quite high. No problem for us but for older people, the high bed on the first floor may prove challenging. For light sleepers, the house is quite noisy on windy days, particularly on the top floor. Overall I recommend this property without hesitation.

I rented this house for my Mother’s 85th birthday. Her birthday was in April but due to Covid we were uneasy about traveling. A friend suggested we rent a house because it wouldn’t have the foot traffic of a hotel. I looked at so many homes and finally decided on this one because it ‘appeared’ upscale, beautifully decorated and had beachfront access, a pool and elevator. I was not disappointed. It looks as elegant in person as in the photos. The beach is wide and not full of people and the pool is large enough to relax in after dinner. I would highly recommend this home. It also has a great location.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for our 3 families to spread out in. Walked right out to a flat wide beach and then come back to a relaxing pool. The house had everything we needed, only place we had to go to was Kroger’s about a 10 minute drive away. After we stocked up we felt very safe staying and enjoying our time at the house during this trying time with the coronavirus.

Wow! We absolutely loved our first stay in this home! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for our crew of 9 adults and 4 young children. The private beach access and private pool were just what we needed to continue social distancing during the COVID pandemic. The beach is extremely wide at this location, especially at low tide. Our kids spent hours playing in the tide pools and the ”river” that fills the marsh area. The pool, while small, was perfect for our young children. For adults, the pool was a great place to lounge and cool off after being on the beach. The ocean and marsh views from every bedroom window were amazing! While the location is very private, you are less than 5 minutes away from Kroger, Giuseppi's Pizza, and so much more. We'd recommend taking advantage of the daily free bike rental because there are beautiful paths to ride on as well as the open beach. If you are into surf fishing, we had much success fishing from the shore. We would definitely return!

We have stayed in this home before and love it. Loved the new outdoor seating area on the small deck below the pool - great addition. Would suggest adding a large cantilever patio umbrella for the seating area next to the pool. The sun gets very hot there at times. Thanks for a wonderful trip, as always.

A few recommendations for the bedroom on the top floor end of hall - there are no bath towel bars, no sconce lights in the bedroom by which to read. The only light is the overhead. When we initially realized there was no propane in the tank John was there immediately to deal with it. He also stopped within moments to address a wasp nest outside the bunk room on the patio. We couldn't have asked for a better time or location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout, updated, super clean, and nice amenities. The elevator was especially helpful to move luggage up and down, as well as for our guest with back issues. The beach being literally steps away was wonderful and the umbrella on the back deck provided lovely shade to sit under and enjoy the views. Would highly recommend this house as well as the rental agency. Hoping to return soon!

We called for a repair and they sent a maintenance guy over quickly but they blamed it on the thermostat and said nothing was wrong. We just dealt with it the rest of the week and did not call back. Everything else was amazing.

My family had a wonderful vacation in this home in June. Plenty of room for everyone & location can't be beat. As private as Hilton Head can be. Plenty of parking for our 4 large vehicles, the "no key" access was a bonus, very comfortable rooms, nice kitchen, AC worked beautifully. Would recommend.

Great house, the only issue we had was the Air Conditioner on the main floor would not cool to a comfortable temp. We called for a repair and they sent a maintenance guy over quickly but they blamed it on the thermostat and said nothing was wrong. We just dealt with it the rest of the week and did not call back. Everything else was amazing.

One of the best oceanfront homes my family has ever rented. The beach was never crowded and the rental company was great. The free rounds of mini-golf included in the rental was a big hit with the family.

This was the 5th house we’ve stayed at on this beach over the past 6 years and I can say by far this was the best so far! Great layout, updated, super clean, and nice amenities. The elevator was especially helpful to move luggage up and down, as well as for our guest with back issues. The beach being literally steps away was wonderful and the umbrella on the back deck provided lovely shade to sit under and enjoy the views. Would highly recommend this house as well as the rental agency. Hoping to return soon!

It was pretty much what we expected. We have a large family of 13 and there was plenty of room. We would recommend purchasing insurance in case of a hurricane or some other reason. There is NO refund if you cancel.

What a fabulous setting. Very nice bedrooms, open living area, the views were fabulous and right on the beach for the sun/water worshipers of our group. We loved everything about 19 Singleton Beach Place! The ocean and marsh views are both spectacular! This was the perfect house for our family.! The decor was fresh, modern and very nicely done. We especially enjoyed the well appointed master suite. The layout of the house was great too. Our children and their families had the third floor for themselves which was ideal. The house was well equipped except for missing towel a few racks in two bathrooms. The only other suggestion is that the grill was rather small for a large home and not working very efficiently. The pool is also small, but was perfect for our grandchildren. We found Singleton Beach to be a wonderful area and a bit removed from the more heavily visited Forest Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 19 Singleton Place in April 2018. The home is immaculately maintained, kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals, lovely furnishings, and a fantastic view! The elevator was very helpful with moving in and moving out, especially for our more elderly couples with bad knees. We did not use the pool, but in warmer weather it would have been great for the kids. We were a group of 13 adults and 3 children under 5 yrs old. Everyone had a place to sleep with private bathrooms. Access to the beach is right out the back door. Thanks for a lovely stay!

What a lovely home! We are here for a family wedding down the beach a ways and decided to get a beach house instead of staying at the resort. So glad we did! The location is fantastic with direct, close access to the beach. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and luxurious. We are a family group of 13 adults and 3 kiddos under 5, so it’s great to be able to cook for the group in the well-supplied kitchen and not have to gather everyone up to find a restaurant. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious (especially the master that we were lucky enough to get dibs on!) We’ve taken advantage of the free bike for the week and added a second rental for the length of our stay. This afternoon we’re taking 12 of us on a dolphin cruise, taking advantage of one of the free Xplorie passes.

A picture is worth a thousand words and words are more valuable. Take our word for it that the 19 Singleton Beach Place is absolutely amazing. Our family enjoyed every part of the home. From cooking dinner each night as a family to watching football in the main living area, we took advantage of every space in the home. The 1st floor balcony did not go unused nor did the elevator. Our older relatives were grateful for the elevator. As for maintenance and support, Ashton was always helpful and willing to meet our needs. There is also easy access to the beach which we took full advantage of. Do not think twice about renting this home! You will be totally pleased.

My rental experience was grade A. The management company was organized, clear, and responsive. The house was in the best condition of the many houses I have rented on HHI (but also likely the newest). The proximity and walkway access to the beach are great. Be aware that the size of the pool is extremely small. If you fill all of the beds in the house, then the pool will likely be too small (if you all use the pool). Oddly, many of the bathrooms do not have towel racks. The decor is pleasing and soothing. There is a lack of storage dishes (bowls with lids) and marked measuring cups in the kitchen. Otherwise, we found the kitchen accessories acceptable. Having the extra drink frig and ice maker is wonderful. We loved the house and will likely rent from Vacation Homes of Hilton Head again (but a unit with a bigger pool).

19 Singleton is an outstanding vacation rental. The home is well layed out with lots of room in both the common areas and in the bedrooms. We especially liked having a large number of bedrooms with king sized beds and private baths. The house is also well equipped (ice makers, utensils, etc.) An elevator and garage parking are also great amenities.

You are only mins from grocery stores and a number of excellent restaurants. You have have a beach bar literally a 1 min walk that has good bar food and adult beverages.

Your practically have a private beach steps from the house with chair rentals available if needed.

The house was very clean and the staff at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were very helpful and responsive.

My only caution for large groups would be the size of the deck and the pools. This was not an issue for us but the house sleeps 17 and it would be really tight if the house was full. Also the homes here are very close together and you do get a good bit of noise travel when your neighbors are outside.

Would definitely recommend this as a great home, in a great location.

Our stay at 19 Singleton Beach exceeded my high expectations. We were at Hilton Head for a family wedding with children ages 6, 5, 4, 2 and 8 adults. The openness of the kitchen, dining and family room area provided wonderful space for all of us to be together. The pool and proximity of the beach kept us at the house most of the time but restaurants and shopping is very close by. We certainly look forward to repeating this experience next year.

Our stay at 19 Singleton Beach exceeded my high expectations. We were at Hilton Head for a family wedding with children ages 6, 5, 4, 2 and 8 adults. The bedroom with bunk beds was a HUGE hit in addition to the luxurious bedrooms and baths. The openness of the kitchen, dining and family room area provided wonderful space for all of us to be together. Great rental experience. Only issue was the alarm door chime was on (could not be turned off due to safety reasons) so there was no sleeping in. Great if you have children, but not if you want to sleep in. Would still rent this home again

This house is incredible. The photos are exactly what you get - luxury. We enjoyed the few days we were in town. The only downfall - NOT the rentals fault - was the beach reconstruction taking place at the time. So the 24 hour shaking and beeping. BUT the property managers were awesome, super helpful and just great folks with all our questions. I'd rent this place again in a heart beat.

We were very pleased with our beach house. It was decorated beautifully inside and very clean when we arrived. Our location on the beach was great. The staff of Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were very helpful when we would call with questions or for information. Grandchildren loved the pool.

This home's location is wonderful--oceanfront and not very crowded beach.
We had not stayed in the Singleton Beach area before, but we loved it. The house was new, clean, and well-furnished. The office staff and maintenance staff were helpful and courteous.
