FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

Pool: 20'x15’, The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $800/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

* These items can be rented for an additional charge. We can provide recommendations, as needed, or you can use any company of your choosing.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is outlined as follows: Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival will be allowed a full refund of payments made. Cancellations made 31-89 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full 50% deposit payment made. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made including pool heat, pet fee, parking passes, and any other ancillary fees. If the guest fails to make the final payment within thirty days of arrival, the guest will have a five day right to cure, after that period the reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or early departure forfeit the full payment amount made. No refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to weather (see section 14), maintenance issues, cleaning issues, noise issues, etc. In addition, no refunds (partial or otherwise) or travel credits, will be awarded due to travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, stay at home/quarantine orders (voluntary or mandatory). PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.

HHI Excellence

Our family of 14 enjoyed a week in this lovely residence. The home is outfitted for complete comfort with many thoughtful touches. Our younger families especially appreciated the cribs, baby gates, high chair, toys and toddler potty seat. The view is amazing, and the pool and spa were delightful. A short walk to a children’s playground or the beach provided fun choices for all. The garage offered beach and pool toys, wagons, beach chairs, kites and boogie boards. The house and pool were immaculately clean. 16 Singleton Shores Manor is an overall 10 in every category!

Fantastic Beach House!

Our family of 12 had a terrific time at 16 Singleton Shores Manor! The home was exquisitely decorated. The kitchen was supplied with an abundance of pots/pans/dishes/coffee pots, etc. We spent our days on the beach and found helpful items in the garage including canopies, beach wagons, toys, etc. Our group included teenagers who enjoyed using the tennis courts located less than 100 yards from our front door for pickle ball games. Basketball courts were located in this area as well. The view of the marsh and ocean were incredible from the master bedroom. When not at the ocean, we spent a lot of family time at the pool which was well taken care of and had plenty of sturdy furniture with different seating areas. Not far from the house, was a fun place called Cocoas where we enjoyed summer drinks and could play volleyball! All in all - we found the place to be the perfect location that met the needs of our diverse family!! Hope to come back!!!

Wonderful Home with Stunning Viewss

This home was our favorite of all homes we've stayed in! It was so spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have private space, yet also enough room at tables to gather for meals. The views out over the marsh and to the ocean were peaceful and beautiful. We loved watching the birds and the tide come and go. This home has a well stocked kitchen, plus two cribs in large walk in closets and two twin mattresses to use on the floor (which we made use of). Plenty of beach chairs and toys are also in the garage closet. We rented bikes which were handy to ride to the beach. The master suite on the top floor was enormous, with its own living room, balcony overlooking the marsh/ocean, and a huge bathroom and walk in closet. The rental company was very very helpful to us before and during our stay.

Great house!

We had a great time staying at 16 Singleton. The house had so much space for all 3 families that stayed. The kids loved having a pool table and pool to play in. The location to the beach was great it was only an easy short walk to what felt like a private beach. We all loved staying here and would definitely book this house again!

Family Reunion

This rental house had ample space for four families. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool area had plenty of seating for evening visits. There were two tables for dinning and plenty of seating in the living room. If I had to recommend anything I might add a firepit for the pool area. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this rental.

Amazing house for our family vacation!

Family vacation

The house was a great size for the 8 adults and 3 kids in our family. Plenty of seating areas on two levels, nice open kitchen that was well stocked, loved bathroom with every bedroom, nice bar area and loved having the pool. We did think that, for the price , there might be access to pool/beach floats/toys. Also, with the house sleeping up to 16 the pool is a bit on the small side. Loved the quiet neighborhood that was close to shopping. We had a great view of the beach/ocean. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

50th Anniversary Family Trip

Beautiful location to enjoy the morning sunrise over the ocean and marshland, especially during high tide. Good location and view with a short walk to the beach. Drawbacks were the ice machine and hot tub both had maintenance issues which were never fixed and we were unable to use during our entire stay.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and was a short drive to outlets, restaurants, etc. It accommodated our family of 10 easily and was well furnished. Pool table and private pool are huge bonuses. This property also has a great few over the marsh and ocean. 10/10 recommend.

Fabulous house

My entire family travelled from upstate NY for spring break to HHI every year and this house was just amazing . The VIew is spectacular . The house was so clean , had every amenity we needed and was plenty of room for us all !! We will def be back next year !! Plus we are huge Pittsburgh fans as the owner displayed Pitt memorabilia on the first level !!

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay at 16 Singleton Shores Manor. The house is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are new and work well. Beautiful Family Retreat - More Stars Please!

The property was amazing with gorgeous views, comfortable/upscale furnishings and decor, pool table and downstairs entertainment area, EVERYTHING was impeccable.

Awesome HHI Home

Great House

The house was great, immaculate, spacious and definately would stay there again. The only problem we had was the 2 cars that parked in the driveway got pine sap on their cars - one car it took the finish off the beware!! Other than that, I would definately stay here again and the management company was easy to work with every time I had a question.

Beautiful Home - Exactly as described

This is a very nice property and top grade quality for the furniture and appliances. The house was very nice and all furniture and bedding was very comfortable. I love the bottom floor layout and area that leads out to the back patio and pool. There is a beverage fridge and ice maker that makes it conventient to have cold beverages and snacks while hanging out at the pool. The living area was very comfortable with plenty of room and tables for dining with large families / friends. It's a short walk to the beach but a very pleasant one and down a road with very little traffic. All in all, I was very happy with this house.

Beautiful and relaxing get away

This property was everything we could have imagined! Very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our multi family gathering! The one draw back was the fact that it didn’t have simple cooking spices like salt and pepper. Be prepared to handle lots of stairs but for us it was a welcome exercise after lounging at the pool and beach. Our family ranged from 77 years old down to 6 years old and everyone loved the property. The beach was a little walk (less than 10 mins) but if you rent bikes you can get their very quickly! To wake up to this view every morning was amazing. The beach was somewhat private as it’s only access was for those in the neighborhood. It was also right next to a park with a playground perfect for our 6 year old. Vacation Homes of Hilton Head were very easy to work with! I would highly recommend this property.

Family of 4 Pandemic-Safe Vacation

We appreciated the extra space for indoor activities in the separate family room and game room areas, as well as the sitting rooms in 2 bedrooms. It was far more space than we needed, but so nice to have separate zones for reading, gaming, etc. The location is PERFECTION if you like a gorgeous view but don't want to be in the midst of crowded beaches. The walk to the beach was a short 10 minute stroll on a paved road through the marsh, and briefly through a new development on the beach. Easy, uncrowded beach access was just 10 minutes away by foot. The pool is great. We did have some trouble with the heater - we were told it had been turned on early in the week, but it never heated properly. When the issue was resolved on our last day, it was a noticeable difference. So - if the pool doesn't feel warm and you pay for heat - speak up immediately. The management company did issue a refund, so we are happy with that outcome. All in all, a great safe getaway during Covid.

Wonderful spring break

We had such a wonderful time at this Hilton Head for a relaxing spring break! The house is amazing (even better than the photos!), it felt so clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind. It has a lovely view of the marsh and beach. We loved our quick bike rides down the the beach, it's a very easy ride. Everything about it was just perfect!

Christmas getaway

The house is very nice a lot of stairs but we all got much needed exercise. Very clean and whenever I had a problem only had one they responded fast We are already planning on going back during the summer this was a Christmas to remember

We had a wonderful stay at 16 Singleton Shores Manor. House was beautiful. Well stocked and very clean. I’m kind of a neat freak and I loved this house. Great location. We rode our bikes several times to the beach but also walked. It was an easy walk. The property management team was very responsive and eager to help. Enjoyed our stay very much. We will for sure visit this beautiful home again!

Hilton Head Covid relief

Really liked everything about the property and location. Only complaint was that the dishwasher didn't work and there was water that leaked out that we had to clean when we arrived.

Review 16 Singleton Shores Manor

Wonderful trip--actually extended for a few more days. Only comment I would make is about previous reviews. People said short walk to beach--actually about 10 minute walk. Not a problem but people should be aware. There is a bike rack near the beach path if you have a bike at your disposal.

Great house, Great stay!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for comfort and convenience. The views were awesome and it was so nice that everything we needed for the beach was already on site and available to us!!! There was a short walk to the beach which was never too crowded. Golf get away

We had an enjoyable experience here. I few items need attention. The propane should be checked regularly as not all remember to turn off the valve after each use ( no propane when we needed it) :(. Lights should be checked as well. Toilet seat in one of master bedroom is broken. Otherwise everything was simply great!

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was perfect for us. We had two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers). There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the house is nicely decorated but still homey, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location and views are amazing. We loved watching the wildlife in the marsh, and the direct view and sound of the ocean was wonderful. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and a short drive to a variety of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this house and hope to return! Thanks for a great stay.

More than we could have ever imagined!

We can't say enough how much we loved staying in this home. It was absolutely perfect for our over sized family of fifteen (15). The view of the ocean from the many balconies is absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee each day. The private pool was a big hit with both young and old. The little ones enjoyed several evenings swimming after dark. The main floor living room with the pool table was a hit, providing our adult children an opportunity to hang out and catch up. While the boys played pool, the girls enjoyed playing with the many board games in the homes for your guests to enjoy. We take our children to Hilton Head each year for a family vacation and we can say with all honesty, this was, by far, the nicest property we have rented. If available next year, we would most certainly love to make our annual family vacation memories there. The beach

Awesome house

We were originally supposed to stay in another house through the vacation homes company, but there was an issue with that house so they were quick to connect us with this Singleton Shores house instead. The house was accommodating for everyone in our party and I think the master bedroom was built for the royal family!

Beautiful House near Singleton Beach

16 Singleton Shores is a beautiful house that is perfect for a large family or multiple families. We had 10 people stay with us and there was more than enough room. The house was a 5 minute walk to the beach and had great views. Lee, the property manager, was extrememly helpful and nice. Marissa from Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was great as well, helping us set up mini golf and bike rentals. We would recommend this house and rental company to anyone.
The beach was not very crowded and the house was close to grocery stores. The house is also next to a gorgeous public park.
The only thing we would like to see fixed is the pool/spa heater. Other than that, the house and location was perfect. We are looking forward to staying again next year.
