The home was amazing, they had everything you could possibly need. We have stayed at a lot of the homes on Singleton Beach this is the best equipped house. Great location and all updated

Home has everything for a great visit to the Beach. Pool toys , Chairs, Towels all in abundance. Kitchen is a chef delight as every cooking and dining item is available. Three balcony suites on 2nd and 3rd floor are quite nice. Great showers (no California water pressure). The pool is a bit small but does it matter with the Atlantic at your doorstep. We have rented from Hilton Head Vacation Homes previously and it is always a positive experience.

Clean, great location, every imaginable beach toy, many towels, kitchen equipped with every conceivable need. Pool a bit small but with the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep not significant. Stayed at Hilton Head many times this best accommodation to date.

This house is our favorite and beckons another visit in the fall. We cannot wait!!! The kids love the pool and the owner has made sure that there are plenty of inflatable water toys for entertainment. The house is immaculate and offers all the amenities for a large group. Fantastic open kitchen with a view to die for. The management co is fantastic and very responsive. Love the EV charger in the garage or the coffee maker and fridge in the billiard room. There are so many little things that the owners thought of for added comfort. You can tell that the owners take much pride in this beautiful home.

This house is amazing! Would really recommend staying here. We loved it. Our party just had a few issues with not being able to get warm water to some of the showers, and although uncontrollable, there was construction going on at the house next to us that was loud and did not allow for a calm and quiet time on the pool deck. But the house is amazingly equipped to host large groups, with exquisite and thought out decor in each room. Our party of 13 had plenty of space! We would for sure come back again! The beach was pretty private as well and didn’t get a ton of foot traffic from public beach access points nearby.

This house is incredible and is a must for a beach vacation. Immaculate presentation-all modern , amazing views, fun amenities for kiddos and adults. You can tell the owners take pride in their house and thought of every detail to make it a worry-free stay. The kitchen is vast and has every cooking and baking tool available. A pleasure to arrive at this property ,it was impeccably clean ,great kitchen to prepare meals for 8 adults and 6 children under 10.The game room ,pool table , ping pong, basketball and lots of pool / toy beach options ! Heated pool was enjoyed by all. We look forward to visiting again soon .

10 Collier never disappoints. It's modern, super clean and the views are breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and island entertainment makes it a perfect place to stay for small and large groups like ours. The house is equipped with a huge kitchen, and every amenity we needed to make the stay memorable. The heated pool was great, and we cannot wait to book our next trip to HH and stay at this beautiful house. The management company is super responsive, especially Keahna. I highly recommend this property!!

My recent stay at this family-friendly home was a mixed bag of experiences but ultimately a delightful one. The property itself was nothing short of fantastic, perfectly accommodating our entire family. The spaciousness and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each family member, from the youngest to the oldest, found something to love about this place. However, the journey to this wonderful stay was not without its hurdles. Post-booking, I was inundated with a barrage of questions and required to fill out numerous documents. This process felt excessively rigorous and almost bordered on being intrusive. At several points, the overwhelming nature of these prerequisites almost led me to cancel the reservation. It was a bit overkill. Despite this, once we overcame the initial setup phase, the experience improved significantly. The responsiveness of the hosts and their eagerness to assist was commendable. They were quick to respond to any inquiries, and their helpfulness played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience. In summary, while the pre-stay process was burdensome and almost off-putting, the stay itself was exceptional.

This is our third time at 10 Collier and it never disappoints. This time we never left the house other than riding the beach on rental bikes (highly recommend), going on long walks watching the sunrise and sunsets, ordering from Instacart and Doordash (super easy and great choices among the restaurants), making the most of the grill, air fryer and just hanging with the family, playing Ping-Pong, and billiards. Loved every minute and we will be back for sure. The house gets better and better every time we visit-it's immaculate, and if the owner ever wants to sell, I will buy -wink wink.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at 10 Collier Beach. We apologize for the delayed review having stayed there in March 2023.

The house was perfect including the well appointed kitchen and common space of the main floor. All of the bedrooms were generously sized with gorgeous bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and afforded picturesque views, particularly those overlooking the ocean. We loved the walkway over the dunes to the beach. The beaches were large and private, yet easily seen from the house so that you could keep and eye on things.

We took advantage of the heated pool and enjoyed it almost every night. The basement pingpong game-room was a nice get away. We also enjoyed the 3rd floor family room that offered another place for folks to relax, It has a great pool table and games too to take advantage of.

Finally, this was our first time to Hilton Head, wow, what a beautiful and peaceful place for family and friends. We hope to make this an annual getaway.

The management team was great to deal with and made things easy.

This house and location should meet anyone's expectations.

This was our best house at Hilton Head! Plenty of room, very clean, amazing location, and amenities. Rental company was very responsive-just had a few issues with toilets and hot water BUT someone came and addressed the issues very quickly. We had a great family reunion in an amazing house. Incredible home! We apologize for the delayed review having stayed there in March 2023.The house was perfect including the well appointed kitchen and common space of the main floor. All of the bedrooms were generously sized with gorgeous bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and afforded picturesque views, particularly those overlooking the ocean. We loved the walkway over the dunes to the beach. The beaches were large and private, yet easily seen from the house so that you could keep and eye on things. We took advantage of the heated pool and enjoyed it almost every night. The basement pingpong game-room was a nice get away. We also enjoyed the 3rd floor family room that offered another place for folks to relax, It has a great pool table and games too to take advantage of.Finally, this was our first time to Hilton Head, wow, what a beautiful and peaceful place for family and friends. We hope to make this an annual getaway.The management team was great to deal with and made things easy.This house and location should meet anyone's expectations.Thanks again!

My rental experience was fantastic. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, TVs in every room, ping pong, pool, heated pool and right on the beach. Not a single complaint.

We watched this property as it was being rebuilt, the owners didn’t spare any expense when it came to the finishes and little touches throughout the home. High end kitchen was amazing!! The property manger was very responsive and helpful through your our stay. I would highly recommend this property. This home is a MUST if you visiting the island .
