Mitchelville Beach is a great choice for those looking to explore Hilton Head's vast landscape. Inlets, tidal pools and the occasional peice of drift wood criss cross the beach, offering a look into Hilton Head's undisturbed beauty. You'll find smaller crowds near this less developed beach, and the people that do go are often there to kayak or hike.

MITCHELVILLE BEACH ACCESS

You can access Mitchelville Beach directly from Mitchelville Beach Park, or you can take a short hike to get to the beach by way of the Fish Haul Creek Pathway. The Fish Haul Creek Pathway offers lush landscaping and a relatively flat pathway - if you're up for a little exercise we highly recommend it.
