A Pet-Friendly Park for the Whole Family
If you find yourself beached out but still want to let your dog enjoy the outdoors, check out Hilton Head’s very own dog park. It is in the Chaplin Community Park, located just off William Hilton Parkway between Singleton Beach Road and Burke’s Beach Road, which is extremely close to many of Vacation Homes of Hilton Head’s properties. Allow your dog to mingle with other four-legged tourists while playing in the completely fenced and “double gated” park, so your dog can enjoy freedom off of the leash. Chaplin Commuity Park also offers tennis, basketball, hiking trails, picnic pavilions and beach access!
If you want to take a scenic walk with your dog on the leash, try the Sea Pines Forest Preserve or the Audubon Newhall Preserve which beautifully feature some of the Lowcountry’s unique wildlife.
